It's a Farmers" Market Celebration! And it is Free!

Looking for fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs? You will find them at the farmers market.

We are celebrating the Uptown Farmers' Market located in the Historic District of  Martinsville. Even though it's just a little gathering, there are some great vendors with amazing vegetables and fruits, free range eggs, grass-fed meats, gourmet dog treats, honey, baked goods, seafood and more. And, sometimes you will find gorgeous arts, crafts and pottery. The market will be filled with colorful vegetables, the sounds of music and the aroma of fresh herbs. We have several guest artisans, musicians and our very own Senator, Roscoe Reynolds will briefly talk about how farmers markets are an integral part of urban/farm linkage
